I was sitting in koembedu waiting for my bus saw man keep food for the stray dog.
It is good this gesture, instead of wasting food he gave it to the stray dog. The problem I see is the stray dog after having the food is not going to put the leftover in the dustbin leaving the food to rot in public area.
