On the flip side, however, the card can be a warning to someone who is too restrained, someone who never allows themselves to get passionate or messy or wild - or ambitious. This, too, is a form of enslavement. As a person, the Devil can stand for a man of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, or just persuasive. This is not to say a bad man, but certainly a powerful man who is hard to resist. The important thing is to remember that any chain is freely worn. In most cases, you are enslaved only because you allow it.

My father's dream home

This is the story how my father built the house. The peice of land was bougth some 25 years ago for 18,000 rupees. After moving here and there my father finally decided to build the house 2 years back. For building we need house loan and we applied to bank.

The normal process of 2 months took four months for verification and sanctioning of loan. You may why ? well my salary slip for each month was given in handwriting form not a computer print out. Many question were asked one such question was how the company is MNC when they are given the salary clip is in hand written form even a government employee gets a computer print out. The reply to the query " it the company policy ".

So after four months loan got sanctioned. But the problem is money will not given unless we put the foundation. But there is no money for foundation so i tool a personal loan. By the time the loan got sanction and fundation was laid the housing loan experienced. Now again i reapplied but since i am paying for the personal loan the housing loan amount got reduced, more over original the housing loan was having a intrest rate for 7.5 % fixed now it got changed to 10 % floating.

My father decide to sell the house in which we own and use the money to build the house. Now the fun part starts as soon we started to build the house the nearby land owner started to make trouble, he claimed three feet land from our plot. He even tried to stop the building construction. My father still continued building and now a civil case was put in the court, so now the boundary wall not built and construction continued.

Since we have already sold our previouse house we has three months to complete the house but only ground floor was built with the money we had. any way we moved to the newly built house.

Just before the house warming session there was heavy rain the house became an island surrounded by water. After house warming session was completed and now we have to shift the household items, no commercial vehicle will come to that place fearing the vehicle will ge stuck in mud so we used bullock cart to shift material.

Now added to this the TV got broke down, washing machine stopped working, the current supply was temporary and the best part is i was not even able to park my bike.
I had to park the bike in the old house so even morning and evening i had to walk 15 minutes to get and park my bike.

There was huge drain of money in my bank account it fell to 300 rs. My computer also stopped working and it has been given to service. No body is willing to service our tv, it is 15 years model. After one month now we have a huge door infront our house.

Now father is trying to get the loan for first floor but the approval is going to get expire so that has to be renewed. But the building was not built as per plan so we have to pay some fine inorder to get approval to build the first floor.

That was a small narrative of my father successfully building a house.
